The Apogee System
Meridian has developed our own unique account management system to manage our client’s accounts. The Apogee System application is a fully scalable SQL database platform that can process virtually unlimited numbers of accounts or data fields. Apogee was built and customized from the ground up to support third party liability and denials projects. The third party liability and denials lines of business require very specific customized data elements and workflows which is why Apogee was created. As a result, Apogee has the ability to make these projects more efficient and managers more effective. Apogee accomplishes this result with the following features:

MERIDIAN REPORTING PACKAGES
Detailed and Custom Reports Package
Meridian has developed a comprehensive SQL Reporting System that allows customized and detailed reports to be provided to our clients. Meridian has customized specific detailed reports that can be provided on demand. In addition, this reporting software allows for any type of custom reporting required internally for quality assurance or for specific requests from clients. All reports are web based and can be generated from any location.
Meridian can provide these reports to our clients on a schedule that meets their needs. The reports can be sent daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually and each report can have its own unique schedule.
The format in which each client chooses to receive these reports is customizable. Each report can be imported into an Adobe, Excel or HTML format. There formats can be sent electronically via secure channels or the reports can be generated in a hardcopy format. Meridian will work with each client to determine the format and delivery method which best fits their needs.

Meridian has developed a comprehensive Monthly Reporting Package for our clients that reflects the work product and key indicators in a summary format specific to our lines of business. Our clients have the option to select the specific reports they want to see on the schedule that is most convenient for them. All reports are web based and can be generated at any location. These reports can also be customized to meet the needs of our client.
