Meridian’s policy is that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, and telephone number is private and confidential. Therefore, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location that is accessible only by designated staff. This information will be used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (e.g. to reply to your request regarding Meridian’s services).

Meridian uses various physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information and ensure that the information is properly stored and is not misused, lost, or otherwise altered. If you contact Meridian via e-mail, your e-mail, like most, if not all, non-encrypted Internet e-mail communications, may be accessed and viewed by other Internet users, without your knowledge and consent, while in transit to us. Therefore, in order to protect your privacy, Meridian requests that you do not use e-mail to communicate any information that you consider confidential. There are some locations on Meridian’s web site where certain users can exchange information in a secured environment. At each of these locations, the appropriate instructions will be provided.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Meridian will not release any personal information to third parties, except to further the process for which you provide the information. Under no other circumstances will Meridian provide or sell personal information to third parties. Meridian complies with all federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH).
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Meridian’s computer and/or website does not track, collect, or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail address or any other personal information that would allow Meridian to identify the particular visitors to the site. The non-personal information that is collected is only used for internal purposes by Meridian technical support staff. Meridian’s website does track information about the visits to the site, to allow Meridian to compile statistics regarding the number of visitors to the site, the daily requests for particular links or pages, and the states and/or countries that these requests come from. These statistics are used internally, only, to allow Meridian to provide services to the public and to continue to improve these services. The compiled statistics do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to gather personal information or the individual identities of the visitors to this web site.
Minors
This site is not designed to attract children or to collect information regarding minors. Meridian encourages parents and guardians to visit sites with children and stay aware of children’s visits. Pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act, Meridian requests that anyone under the age of thirteen (13) not submit any personal information to this website. Any personal information or requests provided by a child under thirteen (13) will not be accepted.
Updates to Meridian Revenue Solutions, LLC’s Privacy Policy
Meridian may change its privacy policy from time to time.
