These accounts result from a patient being injured in an accident, most often motor vehicles. Meridian identifies all potential insurance available to pay an outstanding bill and effectuates settlements of these accounts through state hospital lien statutes and enforcement of assignment of benefits.
Denials Management And Appeals
Meridian pursues denied accounts for all payer types, including Health Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Administration and Worker's Compensation.

Client Education
Meridian will provide in-house educational seminars and lectures for specific areas related to hospital reimbursement, such as Point of Service Collections, Third Party Liability Collections, and Health Insurance Claims. Meridian is willing to prepare seminars for areas of reimbursement tailored to our client's needs.

On the most difficult accounts, legal action is sometimes needed. We provide a one-stop solution.

Meridian will perform Special Projects as needed, by the Hospital, including Bad Debt Reviews, Accounts Receivables Clean-Up, Zero Balance Reviews, and Contract Compliance Reviews.
